If you are looking for food options, we can facilitate with local catering recommendations.
Brenham Charcuterie Boards creates beautiful boards/platters or custom requests, All Things Acres and Simply DLish are local caterers with large gourmet menus.
Dori's Sweet Eats, Alisa's Texas Cookie Garden and Lacey Bakes are all experts at creating custom themed cookies.

Scheduling and Payment
At time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your event date. This amount will be credited towards the total balance due. The remaining 50% is due at time of event or as specified in contract.
If it becomes necessary to reschedule, we are happy to work on an alternate date or venue and the deposit may be transferred to the new date. If weather causes an issue, we can accommodate by looking at a different date or moving the picnic inside.

Venmo, check or cash are preferred methods of payment.
Client will assume financial responsibility for any damage to the provider’s equipment or supplies.

Travel and Setup
The first 25 miles from Brenham is free, with a fee of $1/mile beyond 25 miles.
​
Party hosts do not need to be present during set up and tear down. We like to arrive several hours before the party begins for set up and we need approximately an hour for take down.
​
We need to be within 25 feet of an electrical outlet ONLY if using the a/c or heat inside the trailer, or a generator can be provided for $50.
